Principal Al York’s interview on the 2010 forecast for construction, “Strategic focus is key” is featured in the January issue of all four Construction News publications: Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas Construction News. “My sense is that the contraction in jobs is probably at or near its end. I am expecting that in 2010 we’ll see a slight increase in jobs.”
