About

220 Condominiums

Austin, Texas

220 West 7th Street Condominiums was planned for a prominent downtown corner site offering a wealth of essential amenities as well as downtown-living luxuries. The project included the renovation of the existing two-story Gracy Title Building for tenant offices, as well as the addition of 10 floors to house 45 luxury condominiums ranging in price from $350,000 to $1.6 million. The solid, modernist architectural roots of the existing building were emphasized by a sophisticated layering of walls, frames, and glass, creating clean yet complex facades. Residential interiors were designed to have 11' ceilings and a loft-like openness, merging clean timeless design with contemporary living trends.
