Project Details

Sited on a small hill overlooking the 18th green of the Teravista Golf Course in Round Rock, Texas, this multi-purpose facility contains golf course support functions including a full restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining areas, a retail golf shop, and a golf cart barn. The primary feature of the building is the glass-enclosed dining room which provides panoramic views of the golf course as well as a monumental presence with its radial configuration stemming from a central tower that provides a visual marker for the community entrance nearly a mile away. Taking advantage of its prominent hilltop location, exterior porches extend the dining room out into the landscape offering patrons vistas of hills, trees, wildflowers and native grasses. Finishes and fixtures were chosen for their longevity and low maintenance requirements in a high-traffic environment.
