Project Details

Ahead of their original schedule, the McGarrah Jessee branding agency grew to require desks on the second floor of their tenant space. The new occupants are positioned in the balconies of the atrium, which allows views and interaction with the primary floor. As a result, the double-height space has become fully animated with the motion and activity of a creative workplace. A unique private wing was also opened to the alley for natural light. In addition to the added workstations, a new video conferencing room, photographic studio, recording booth, and informal meeting spaces were provided.
